We started Sugarland Cold Storage because we saw a gap in the market. Small restaurant owners and florists were struggling to find affordable, flexible cold storage options. The big warehouses only wanted large-scale clients, and buying additional commercial freezers or fridges was too expensive.
That's when we realized: small businesses need small, affordable cold storage units they can rent month-to-month.
We're not a massive warehouse operation. We focus exclusively on serving local restaurants, cafes, bakeries, florists, and small food businesses that need extra fridge or freezer space without the commitment of long-term contracts or expensive equipment purchases.
